We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery for faulty/ incorrect items which are unworn in their original condition, with the original packaging and tags. Currently we don't accept returns and exchanges due to hygiene reason. Please understand that personal change of mind, sizing issue are not eligible for returns. However, please don't hesitate to contact us for problems and we're happy to assist you.
We'll refund the entire order payment if the order is eligible for return, including any paid shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
